Tittabawassee River Canoe Challenge

Where: Tittabawassee River, Midland MI
- Starts at Emerson Park

When: Saturday June 28th, 2008

C-2 Race $1500 purse
- Briefing at 10:00
- Start at 10:30, Class II will start 5 min before Class I (same course)

Race Length: Same as last year, looped course, 2 laps easy water, (winners time 1:45)

C-1 Race, $350 purse,1 hour after last finisher of C-2 race. (same course as C-2 only 1 lap and we cut out the turn around the bridge)

Entry Fee: $25.00 per boat C-2, $10.00 per boat C-1

Extra/Extra: Junior (under 17) and Fledgling (under 13)
- Youth Races (immediately following C-1 race)
- Medals will be awarded!!

Lunch: Provided by Sodexho, Hot Dogs, Burgers, Potato Salad, Cookies, Pop and Water

Bananas and Oranges will be available prior to the race.

T-Shirts provide by Dow

Emerson Park: Emerson Park is a beautiful park with lots to do for families. A bike path follows a lot of the river so bring your bike or roller blades to watch the race. Lots of play areas for kids.
